Complete Introduction Form
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION, PROPERTY OWNERSHIP VERIFICATION & LETTER OF INTENT
To get started, please fill out the Introduction Form. This form provides us with information about your land. You will need to provide us with an in-depth description of your property including land use, proper APNs (Accessors Parcel Number), Property Ownership documentation and more. You will also be prompted to sign a non-binding Letter of Intent to get the process started. We will review your submitted form and schedule a drone assessment for you upon validation of your land ownership.
STEP 2
Property Assessment
PROPERTY VIABILITY ASSESSMENT, PROPERTY SURVEY & PROPERTY LAND SURVEY SUMMARY
Upon completion and acceptance of your signed Letter Of Intent, we will schedule a satellite assessment for your land. Please allow us a 30 day window for that assessment.
To execute your property assessment, we use proprietary aerospace mapping technology through the LIDAR technology and proprietary AI to survey land and identify carbon credits. This process is fully digital.
Once your property survey is completed, you will receive an email from Atmosphere Group LTD. with a summary of your land report and a contract to be signed to ensure your participation in the program. Once we have received your signed contract, we will then send your full land survey report.
STEP 3
Complete Your Storyline
WHAT DO YOU PLAN DO WITH THE FUNDS YOU RECEIVE FROM YOUR CARBON CREDITS
In order to participate in the Atmosphere Voluntary Carbon Credit Program, you must tell the story behind your land and how you will use the funds taken from the sell of your carbon credits. This storyline tells the buyers of your carbon credits why they should purchase your carbon credits instead of another land owners carbon credits. Our program promotes sustainability and giving back to our communities. The more information and how in-depth you tell your story will determine the success of the sell of your carbon credits.
STEP 4
Carbon Contract
CARBON CONTRACT & FULL LAND REPORT
Next, the landowner enters into a contract agreeing to restrict the land from development and deforestation for the term that the carbon credit is in force. Compliance with this provision is monitored on a quarterly basis thereafter. Atmosphere relies on an independent agency, the Institute for Global Education (IGE) to verify all of the information submitted by the project sponsor. IGE is a United Nations ECOSOC NGO, the highest level of UN delegate, chartered to support the sustainable development goals. Once you have signed the Atmosphere Carbon Credit Contract ensuring your participation in this program, you will receive your in-depth Land Report. This report will remain private to the Land Owners use only and you are able to use the information that it provides to your benefit.
STEP 5
Carbon Credit
CARBON CREDIT CALCULATION & CARBON CREDIT CREATION
Upon receiving your signed contract and storyline, we will use the information from your land report to calculate the total of Carbon Credits your land offers. These carbon credits will then be created and backed by insurance.

How It Works
Once carbon credit status is identified, Verified Credits LLC will create the "real" carbon credit report that is bankable. The Carbon Contract is executed. Property Imagery and Property API is added. The property owner will have the option to sell the credits on the platform or store credits at the Verified Credits. When the land owner is ready to sell the credits, the Verified Credits will list them for sale.

LIST CARBON CREDITS FOR SALE
Once you have signed the Atmosphere Carbon Credit Contract, the carbon credits from your land will be verified by Verified Credits to ensure it meets all of the specified requirements. Only those projects that meet all of these requirements are minted and registered with Verified Credits, a leading carbon credit registry and exchange. The Verified Credits “green check” may then be used by Atmosphere and the holders of the carbon credits. Verified Credits also maintains all of the transaction details about the creation, subsequent transfer of ownership, and ultimate extinguishment of these credits to ensure their integrity and to prevent forgeries.
